Dated by analogy with the subsequent work, identical in size, technology and plot. Costumes and hairstyles depicted are also laid in the framework of the 1825-1830s. The living room is depicted in the generic estate of the Golenishchev-Kutuza "Shubino", located in the Korchevsky district of the Tver province. In the foreground, the hosts are sitting at the table: p. AT. Golenishchev-Kutuzov and his wife e. P. Golenishchev-Kutuzova. Between them are the sister of the hostess Maria Petrovna Suponeva (. Neklyudova; 1777 – ?). Pavel Vasilievich Golenishchev-Kutuzov, Count (1772–1843)-Adjutant General (1810), Cavalry General (1826). He began the service in 1794 as a lieutenant of the Life Guards of the Horse Regiment. Member of the Russo-Turkish War of 1806–1812 and the Patriotic War of 1812, campaigns of 1813 and 1814. In 1810-Office of St. Petersburg, from December 1825 to 1830-Petersburg Governor General. His wife is Ekaterina Petrovna (nee. Neklyudova; 1781–1832). Spouses had five children.
