The artist is Kandinsky

In the late 1910s, Kandinsky wrote several compositions with ovals. All of them are absolutely abstract, although they read associations with a certain objective reality. The small domes of churches, fields, ships connect this musical expression of the state of the author’s soul with real pictures of life that caused just such feelings and emotions.
